We met some friends here for dinner. We weren't really paying attention as the place was packed with football fans on Sunday. The game was on every screen and the volume was cranked. The decor is very unique and the food and drinks were good. The quality of the food was pretty much what I expected. Cowboy Jack's, you get a solid 4 stars. Very tender and juicy 16oz sirloin steak!! Taylor was one of the best waitresses I've ever had! Update 11/14/2022 My waitress was Kennedy and even though she got slammed while I was there, she did good and kept a real good attitude. Steak was very tasty!!
We wish they had thier brunch back but they do have a good egg burrito. Nice happy hour prices. Good service. Not a fan of thier screw drivers. Nice beer selection.
Just OK....... Cool atmosphere. Seemed pretty under staffed. Long wait time for a table 40 mins. Our appetizer was forgotten brought out after the meal like it was a dessert... Food was good. Waitress was very nice and did a good job. The food table delivery lady not the waitress was actually rude. Not impressed, but still tipped the waitress well. Doubt we will be back.
OMG! To die for. On personal note. I have no lower teeth and have trouble enjoying some of my favorite dishes. I took a risk and ordered a full rack broccoli and mash my husband got a steak. I was worried I couldn't eat to my surprise it fell off the bone and melted so gently in my mouth, I even tasted my husband's steak and it was juicy and oh so tender. The host was friendly fast attentive we had so much food to go it was great. Oh and the have pull tabs I won. Great evening great place I totally recommend this place deserves more than 5 stars. You guys are platinum status.
The food was great and well prepared. It was extremely busy as always. The staff did their best at tending to all the customers. "Eyes and smiles" to make customers feel more welcome. Had to get my own refill on my soda. And the southwest corner of the "whiskey room" was very cold.Food: 5/5
Very period establishment. Big stressed wooden structure and decor. Very dimly lit inside with lots of neon lighting mixed with old time western lanterns and photographs. Lots and lots of people speak to it's popularity as a "hang Out". As for the food it was good but really nothing to crow about. I had the Jacks sloppy Joe Which was a pile of juicy ground beef with a very bland barbecue sauce on a plump bun and sweet potato fries which were limp, minimally salted and void of any flavor. A nice barbeque sauce at the table would have corrected that problem The service was friendly, professional and quick, it was lunch time.
Good food, nice wait staff. Prices as expected. There was only one small complaint and it's a preference. It was a little loud for normal voice conversation, but not unexpected at a bar type establishment. Many good options on the menus, the nachos are to die for.
I had one of the best cheese burgers of all time! The fries were yummy and crispy. The service was fantastic, I'll be returning for another wonderful burger next time I'm in town.Food: 5/5
Bartender was great so that's the win...straight downhill after that. Trough men's room with no paper towels and malfunctioned hand dryer are a non starter...it leaves me with the impression staff do not wash their hands.
