Went to check out this adorable little spot. The food was AMAZING! Service was exceptional. I can’t wait to go back and try their Sunday brunch!
Great staff and great atmosphere. Just wish the food was not moldy. Have nothing against the staff, they offered my money back and something for free, it just killed my hunger there.nI definitely will come back for their coffee and other drinks though!
We had breakfast today. Eggs bacon, hashbrowns and sausage. Eggs and hashbrowns were good but sausage was greasy and the bacon was hard and burnt. Toast was cold and more like bread. Butter wouldn't even melt. So disappointing. It wasn't busy but felt like no care was taken. At the price of eating out you expect a little more.
Nice space to have a meal, coffee with friends or take it to go. Vintage home-town feel. The food is delicious. We had a great time on a very chilly day! Turtle Cheesecake in a jar for the win! Mmm.
The food here is always good, with plenty of tasty sweets and a cute location. Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been disappointing. Staff often seem irritated when we call in for our lunch pick up orders, and during our last visit, a friends simple pickup order was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, but instead of fixing it with understanding, the staff seemed incredibly frustrated and annoyed to remake the correct order even though it was their mix-up. “I guess we will just make it again”nnIt’s frustrating to have several poor experiences when we genuinely enjoy the food and want to keep supporting a local favourite that’s been a go-to lunch spot for years. Hoping to see some improvement in service, because the food and community really does deserve better.
