I cannot speak highly enough of this company. My Dad's boiler completely broke during the recent cold spell; such a worry as he is 80 and not in great health at the moment. Robert came out promptly to assess the situation and had him up and running with a new boiler system within the week. My Dad is chuffed to bits and now lovely and cosy, such a weight off my mind I can tell you! He commented that Robert is 'a hard worker, very tidy, reliable and knows his stuff' high praise indeed lol. We would highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely excellent plumbing and heating engineer. We had an emergency and he was there in hours. Fixed the problem and brought in karcher hoover/washer too. Brilliant work. Reasonably priced. Thank you so much

Robert replaced a kitchen tap and a tap in the utility room this morning. Came a short notice as kitchen tap was dripping badly. Arrived before I started work and took lease than an hour to replace both. Really clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Robert for a great job!

Phoned today looking for help as we had no heating or hot water. The lovely guy I spoke to advised what the problem was and how easy it was to solve. Saved me time, money and worry! Another company Id spoken to had advised it would cost £110+. As a young family at Christmas time we appreciate how kind this was to just advise how to solve the problem at home! Will definitely be using Cowan plumbing and heating for anything in the future.

First time using cowan’s. Boiler valve replacement and new radiator installation. Robert arrived promptly and was extremely polite, courteous and professional. Job was done quickly. After Robert left I noticed a small leak coming from one of the radiator valves. After calling him, he returned promptly and resolved the issue quickly. Excellent service and job. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My central heating boiler had failed and needed replacing. Having used Robert at a previous property I had no hesitation in calling upon his services again. He came and surveyed the old installation and recommended a suitable replacement boiler and agreed a date and time. Robert obtained the new boiler and all the materials to install. He arrived at the agreed time and carried out the installation in a timely and efficient manner. The new installation was fully tested and the work area cleared and left as found. He also arranged for the disposal of the old boiler. Having used Robert twice now I would highly recommend his efficient and professional service.
