After a few estimations, I stuck with Demos Roofing simply because of their honesty and price for my recent purchase. They we're very competitive in pricing and I felt a sincerity during the estimation. The job was done very clean and their staff was surprisingly friendly. I've had the privilege of calling Mr. Demos for an issue on my roof. He showed up on time, and went to inspect the roof. He told me that I needed to patch up a small issue in order to fix the condensation. He ended up taking care of it, and didn't charge me for it, since it wasn't a major job. Before contacting this company, I went with another one to get an estimate, and they came back to me with a 3000$ bill for the work they'll do. Simply put, Demos roofing won't charge me unecessarily, and are honest with the clients at all times, only proposing services when it is actually needed. This transparency and trustworthiness is hard to come by these days, but it was never an issue with Demos Roofing. I recommend them to all for their honesty, transparency, and work ethic. You can't have a better combination.
