Staff is lacking training in multiple spots. First thing we noticed was cleanliness of the lobby, supplys sitting in lobby's floor in plain site of customers. As well as the preparation of our sandwiches they were not up to standards. As a fellow person who works in the resturant business I would never serve a customer with such disrespect. Will not be returning.....
Love this place food is always delicious and fast. Get your sub however you want. Plus they have ice cream yummy

I never leave negative reviews. . .however the owner of this business is a jerk. Less than a week earlier I have a positive experience at his business with an excellent employee placing a 20 sub party pack. I ask for the same order. . .this clown owner begins arguing with me. . .haggling isn't a common custom in the USA. He tells me I can only have one, not two subs of roast beef cause there is a roast beef shortage. He mentions no one puts provolone on roast beef its normally cheddar and he is going to have to charge me extra. I ask him it he knows the rule that "the customer is always right?" He gets angry. . .I told him I will never come in here again. He shouts that's fine I'm posting your license plate number and telling my employees not to serve you. Then he mentioned he is calling the cops and follows me outside with his cellphone. This owner needs some serious customer training and would be wise to stay away from his own business and let other people operate it.
Today I went into cousins in Plymouth. Their was a woman in front of me who just got her food and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I ordered and paid with cash, the man rang me up took my cash and gave me my change all with his gloves on. I don’t care. But then he proceeded to make my food without changing his gloves! unsanitary and LAZY! Like I said they were not busy. He had the 30 seconds it takes to change gloves. I will not be returning!
Went to this location a little before 7pm today and had to wait over 20 minutes for a to go order. It was two subs and three employees were working. While I was waiting one of the employees was complaining constantly and was very rude to both customers and the other employees. I have been to this location many times before and usually don’t have this big of an issue. I could tell my cashier was new and didn’t seem fully trained. The other employee yelling at him clearly didn’t help that. No one wants to go to a location wait much longer than needed and then hear that from an employee. They had one other sub besides out two to make but like mentioned above there was three employees working-not very effectively.

The staff is always so friendly and pleasant. The food is definitely some of the best in the area. For a chain brand they are definitely above the competition locally.
