Stayed last night and wanted somewhere close to family for Easter. Check in was awkward and unfriendly but I just brushed it off. Pool area was great for our 8 & 4 year old and less busy than other area hotels. Had the pool practically to ourselves the entire day! Then went up to showers and did not have enough towels for the 4 of us- went to shower and all the bottles of product were empty - no big deal. Went to the front desk and informed we were out and they said they would send up housekeeping with towels and products. No showed. Went down in the morning- no housekeeping staff was on and asked to come back- only to be given small bottles and a few towels from an empty room. No microwave and the fridge didn’t work. Just a bit disappointed in all the missing items and not seeming to care. Overcharged for drinks in the bar- prices on the signs are NOT what you pay- buyers beware.
This is either a relatively new or recently remodeled place - is in good condition and has most of the modern features and amenities people would expect in a hotel in this category. Fairly easy to get to and close to lots of places.nnThe less stellar stuff - they were very understaffed-but it was the Christmas holidays. It was a challenge when we had a maintenance issue one night and they had nobody around to help. They did offer a room change but we were there for several days and it was too much trouble. They found a way to help or rather for me to help, but had Inot been able to do so, it would’ve been a lot worse.nnThe hot tub was under repair temperature issues and the coffee bar/restaurant was only open for a few hours the whole week. I suspect they were dealing with low staff and low demand. Housekeeping left pretty early each day.nnI would probably stay again but not sure if I would be excited about it.
The location was excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Having a Costco nearby was convenient. While there was no microwave in the room, one was available in the lobby. The swimming pool was clean, and the water was comfortably warm, making it perfect for the cold weather outside. However, breakfast is not provided—you have to pay for it separately. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, especially thanks to the pool.
I have stayed at this location many times in the past couple years for various work trips. I did have some issues in the past with staff not being available for 15-20 minutes for check in but was delighted today to experience prompt checkin with a smile. I would like to give a special shot out to Sabrina who is one of the night auditors she was very nice and went out of her way to accommodate my request. It appears the Wi-Fi has been upgraded since the last time I stayed here also. The hot tub is great as well.
New years weekend. Bar/ coffee shop still close and hot tub was still close. Hotel itself was nice. Clean. Pool for kids was amazing. No microwave in room
