Excellent service at this hotel. Management here takes pride in customer service and they are so consistent over the years. This courtyard provides friendlier staff than some high end resorts I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed here a lot and every staff member is so helpful, polite and proud of their work. Rooms are comfortable and clean, restaurant does some good meals with very attentive staff. Convenient location. I highly recommend staying here.
This is one of my favorite hotels in Alberta... and I have been to many! The rooms are near perfect, good restaurant serving the hotel, and the lobby and public areas are very attractive. Ultra clean hotel. It is the staff though that put this hotel over the top. You will often see them in the morning having their team meeting... very cool! They simply go above and beyond.
Thr location is really good to the west edmonton mall, but do not expect the comfort of the marriott at this location and the price is little to high for this type of room,it is an holder style and need refreshing. The pool and the hot tub are really nice and the swimming pool is not too cold for contrast with the pool which is amazing. We were 4 in our room so we had to ask for more towel as they did not get the room ready for that many people, but we did as for a microwave at midnight and they were still welling to help us.
The hotel was really nice and felt new. I used the gym and it was great. There is a pool and hot tub on site. Also, you can do laundry at this location. $3 per load. The only reason for a 4 star review is the proximity to a busy street. You can hear the street traffic slightly in your room. I would stay again without reservation.
Ok place to stay! It is clean, and close to shopping! Still, when we checked in, they forgot to give us our breakfast cards, which was an issue the next day! After our first night, we left in the morning hoping to find a clean and organized room in the evening! NOT REALLY! Room was still disorganized, beds not made, and garbages still full! When we called to check about this, the front desk accused us of not asking for the housekeeping to be done! I asked if this was a policy in this hotel, but they did not answer! Breakfast was ok! They for sure ask for tips for everything!
