I have had many good dentists and Jeff is one of the best. His team takes good care of my families teeth and oral health I appreciate trusting the good advice and service. I have extremely sensitive teeth and I have never had any pain, they are so gentle and always explain what their doing before and during any treatments.
Dr.Southam was and is a kind, thoughtful and professional Dentist. My daughter had lost her two front teeth this past weekend. Dr.Southam took our call on the weekend had my daughter in his chair in 30 minutes. Dr.Southam treated us so well, calmed us both down and handled my daughters emergency with compassion and talented care. I could not recommend a better physician for my family or yours. We have had follow up calls and his staff are lovely people.
This office is highly professional, always on time and they have been amazing with my small kids! The reminder systems they use work excellent for me for never being late or missing an appointment. Thank you for always making it a great experience for us!
Nothing but great things to say about Dr Southam and his staff! My family and I have been seeing Dr Southam for over 7 years and he’s wonderful.
Can't believe I gave Mr Jeff south southham a chance. Not only did he has ZERO empathy for my anxiety or previous dental issues. He shamed me while i was in his chair. I don't care if children have had similar procedures done. I've been abused by dentists and he just added to this list. Not only with that behavior, but leaving me with an uneven tooth that ultimately broke and had to be removed elsewhere. The dentist who removed it literally called it a hack job. So thanks for that experience. This boy is about the money. Not health.
Ryan has been my dentist for 10 years, and he is a super star. He is casual enough that I feel comfortable at the dentist a feat in itself! and when working on my teeth he often explains what he is doing, making sure I know what’s going on. I have not have dentist induced anxiety for years now. Great dentistry.
Ryan is a great dentist, upbeat and full of energy, very personable. He's had lots of experience, and does a great job getting repairs done efficiently. I've never had a problem. Both hygienists I've had are very gentle, more-so than at other dentist offices I've been to.
All staff are extremely pleasant and professional from start to finish. I was reassured and kept informed on every step of the process from both the techs and Dr.Jeff.
Dr.Southam and his staff goes above and beyond what is expected as a dentist. A Great, friendly, family atmosphere and I recommend to anyone who wants the best treatment! Give him a try, you won’t go back to anyone else!
Ryan seems to 'miss; small cavities until the become big ticket repairs i.e seems to prefer doing a root canal and crown as apposed to a minor filling.Had to switch dentists as the big ticket repairs were getting too expensive, Ryan and his staff are all very pleasant but I won't be back
