If there was a way to rate this place zero stars, I would absolutely do that now in reading all of the reviews there is a common denominator and that would be the receptionist. The receptionist is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I feel as though that certain jobs require a certain level of customer service, even if it’s the most basic level, but this secretary reception all the people that are located in that office, they need to do a re-hiring process. I understand they probably been loyal to the company I’ve been there for a long time, butthey drive away the people that’s there. No one that comes in for those appointments are coming there because they’re just so excited to get a mammogram. No they’re coming there because there is concern with that being said they’re already within a state of mine that I hope nothing is wrong with. They drive away the people that’s there. No where mentioned on the website that they’re not seeing anyone without a family doctor there. They make you pay for parking to find this sign tapped to the window.nnDo not go to this clinic as a walk in, they will not treat you.
Dr. Sheila Jin is the rudest doctor I’ve ever seen.nnAbsolute nightmare of an experience for my wife with this doctor. I would not recommend Dr. Sheila Jin to anyone. If you're looking for compassion, professionalism, or even just basic decency, look elsewhere.
Waited 6 months to get in, the staff doing the initial testing were professional and courteous. The doctor on the other hand was dismissive and wondered why we were there, even though he already confirmed what we already knew about the advanced stage of my family members dementianWe learned nothing new
Canada's Medical System is GASPING for BREATH.nnSubmitted form for a family doctor 3 years ago at this healthcare center BUT still NO FAMILY DOCTOR assigned.nnTreatment on WEEKDAYS are ONLY for patients with FAMILY DOCTOR. So I can FALL SICK ONLY on the WEEKENDs.nnOnce I went on WALK IN time for my son's treatment the guard DID NOT let us in even when we are there 2 hours before the clinic end-time stating they have reached CAPACITY.nnThe Medical System itself NEEDs CURE.nnOnce I passed ALL this ABSURD process and I was treated by the doctor properly.
