Wonderful place to visit. Beautiful, love visiting. Great shops with still the small town feel.
Coupville is a cute town. Amazing that the buildings are as old as they are. You would have expected wood buildings from the 19th century to have all burned down by now.
Although there isnt much inside the wharf, there used to be a wonderful place to eat here there is a shop there that sells the quite an assortment of Whidbey Island t-shirts, sweatshirts & knick-knacks from the area. Best place to find localized tourist souvenirs!
Amazing place to spend your day. Coupeville is full of historic buidlings, local businesses for shopping, food vendors, seasonal events and festivals, like the Penn Cove Water Festival. You can spend your whole day here and not get bored. People from all over show up to these festivals. love it
This icon of Coupeville's seafaring days provides great vistas of Penn Cove, the Coupeville waterfront and Mt. Baker. It houses a gift shop, cafe, coffee shop and marine mammal exhibit.
A lot of the places are closed, sadly. If there was more available, easily a 5-star location for a half day visit.
