I have personally used County Wide Properties for my own real-estate transactions and I have been pleased with the results every time. I have also referred County Wide Properties many times to my clients and will continue to do so without any hesitation. Betty, Lisa and the staff at County Wide Properties are courteous and respectful. They listen to their clients needs and work diligently to meet their clients real estate needs, while educating them throughout the process. Betty, Lisa and the staff at County Wide Properties are true professionals. I can honestly say that it has been my honor and great pleasure to have worked with these individuals and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering any real estate transaction.

We had a great experience listing our home with County Wide Properties. We accepted an offer within 60 days of listing, and closed within 90. Our realtor, Kym Vincent, was awesome! She was always available to answer any questions I had, and returned my calls promptly. She was very effective at highlighting the positives my home had to offer and went above and beyond, even going out of her way to let the plumber in for a repair when I couldnt! She was also very professional when communicating with the buyer's realtor. Will definitely recommend her to others, and have already done so.

I can not speak for the company as a whole because I only had contact with one agent. However that experience was great. Agent Julie Wagner was absolutely amazing to work with. She went far and above representing us in purchasing our building. From first looking for a property, all the way through closing she was by our side and helped every step of the way. If you are looking for properties in LaPorte county or the surrounding area Julie Wagner at County Wide is the person you want on your team.

I work in IT. I consulted for a real estate group about a decade ago and saw the ethics they worked and lived by pretty close up in person, and I ended up telling myself I’d never be able to trust a reality person. True story. Years later I was shopping for my first home, and a friend referred me to Lisa Daniel-King. When I called her I didn’t know she was an old friend’s aunt, I didn’t know about her character, and I had a strong mistrust for reality folks. Two houses later and about 8 years of firsts later, and Lisa is a family friend. We trust her. I’m about to tell my first home with her, and my wife and I just moved into our second home which we bought with Lisa. In fact, Lisa took us to the house the day it was first listed because she knew it was the house for us. She was right. The different about County-Wide Properties is that these people who learn who you are, what you want, and help take you where you’re trying to go. They’ll help you find people, people with great character, to get things done for you. They’ll take care of the little things because you are working on a very big thing – you are selling or buying a home. I couldn’t ask for better. Lisa’s my realtor, sure, but she’s more than that. Lisa and County-Wide Properties changes my opinion of what realty is all about.
