Dr Rami, Caroline and staff are the best! I am always nervous about having any kind of dental work done but each and every time I am made to feel at ease. I have never had any pain or discomfort from any procedure. We have lots of laughs and they are like family to me and my wife Jackie. The best dental care ever!
My husband and I have been going to County Dental Care for 5 years and right from the 1st visit we both felt at ease with Dr. Rami and his Staff. Dr. Rami is a caring and understanding dentist who takes the time to get to know his patients and listens compassionately to any concerns or worries. His easy going personality helps to lessen any anxieties one would have in going to a dentist appointment. Dr. Rami and his Staff treated us with respect and kindness.They always went out of their way to accommodate our schedules and check on how we were feeling as dental procedures progressed. We wish we could stay with Dr. Rami and his Staff but we are moving to another part of the province. Thank you Dr. Rami for always being so conscientious and accommodating. This dentist is so friendly and personable. It's clear he has a good relationship with his staff. He knew I had limitations on how much my benefits would cover and he did as much as he could while staying within my budget. My first visit, I had an infection in a tooth that spread. Another dentist wouldn't even help me until I could open my jaw and referred me to a "specialist" in Toronto. Dr Rami looked at it a few days later, gave me some options and I ended up getting 2 teeth pulled but at least I could open my jaw again a few days after that. He's caring and understanding. My second visit, he fixed my top teeth that had cavities. He educated me as to why its happening genetics and too many sugary drinks, and how to prevent it swish with water after drinking them and brush 2x a day and not so hard Highly recommend :
New to the Prince Edward County community and needed a Dentist. After researching dentists in the area I discovered Dr. Rami’s office County Dental. Dr. Rami was able to take me in right away as a new patient which was fantastic! Dr. Rami has an old school approach which is refreshing, he has a great personality, great tunes, fun atmosphere; just an over pleasant experience. Great Dentist! The employees are very nice and helpful, I had a wonderful experience. Caroline is super kind and made me feel comfortable. I have sensitive gums but Dr.Rami was very careful and I didn't feel a thing during my checkup. Highly recommend :
This is the first dental clinic that I have felt truly comfortable in. The staff are amazing, they are so nice and great at what they do. I have a great experience every time I go in for a cleaning or any other work. Dr. Rami and his sister Caroline are always very professional and try to make every experience as good as possible!
Dr.Rami & his team are very professional and caring with patients. I have had numerous dental procedures done by Dr.Rami and his team and they ensure that patient comfort is a priority, checking to make sure patients are doing well several times during appointments. I had minimal pain with receiving freezing for procedures. They make going to the dentist a more pleasant experience.
Always an enjoyable experience going to see the dentist @ County Dental Care. Recently I had a dental emergency and they were able to see me on short notice, stayed late for me and fixed the issue on the spot. Dr Rami Majid did a great job and it seemed effortless and painless. I was really impressed. I highly recommend this place.
Dr Rami and his staff are excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Dr Rami is upfront and honest about your dental needs and gives you various options to choose from. He does not try and up sell his services and places no pressure on the patient. The staff are super friendly.
You don't like going to the dentist, you say? Then you haven't been to County Dental. Dr. Rami, Caroline and the entire team are super friendly, welcoming, gentle and they provide the best experience and results you can get from going to the dentist! I very highly recommend County Dental Care in Picton, ON!
