County Dental at New City

Awesome experience yesterday at this office! Got me in and out in 30 minutes! Excellent help at front desk and my Dentist was wonderful!

I went for my regular checkup & cleaning yesterday at the New City office. Everything went well, I was taken reasonably on time, & all staff were friendly & personable. Best of all...no more hard sell of extra dental services & products.

The biggest scam artists in the dental industry. It's criminal how they routinely overcharge and rip patients off. Go anywhere else. i was overcharged by over $500 and was refused a refund.

If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. The office staff, manager Liz included, are rude and inept. I agree wholeheartedly with prior reviews that this practice's sole focus is simply taking your money, not proving quality dental care. I have made appointments to have the office staff call last minute telling me they "over booked and needed to reschedule" after I had already taken time off of work. They rarely answer the office phone and in the rare occurrence they do, you are met with rudeness, as if you are bothering them. They have repeatedly over charged for services, as my dental insurance company has informed me. When I brought this to their attention I was told they over charge "because they are the best". Ha, what a joke. I urge anyone who is considering going here to go elsewhere.

The staff are OK. I like the hygienist, Vanessa. I always request for her whenever I come for my cleaning.
