Countryside Manufactured Homes

Great company. I was very happy with the whole buying experience. Trudy was there to help at every stage from the smallest details (colors, window coverings, cabinet pulls etc.) to the biggest - delivery and set up. I wanted stairs and a deck as extras which they took care of as well. I highly recommend Countryside.

Awful company. Took forever to deal with them. The construction in the factory was sub par. A missing dishwasher spot, soft floors, incorrect measurements, faulty electrical equipment and rushed construction were just some of the problems from the factory. When the home finally arrived at the house site, (late of course) everything was behind. They told us the final construction work would take 2 weeks but it took a month. Even then, they still had to come back to fix some things. The lady we dealt with was trying to get us to pay before we confirmed everything was the way it was supposed to be. We moved in 2 weeks ago and there are still things wrong with it. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
