Awful service by male manager Olaf (can only deal with spouse Connie), treatment doesn't seem equal between all tenants and expectations on fixing everything that was previously wrong when you just moved in is outrageous. How are you expected to settle in while you have to fix what previous owners had wrong or broken, all while more than likely had to spend money on purchasing or providing a downpayment. Reasonably priced, quiet, most tenants keep to themselves or nice
