Service was good one year ago. Now the workers are overworked, tired, frustrated and angry. It's clear. As a daily customer this deters me from returning to your place of business. The food is great, if they make it correctly. Something needs to change.
Went through the drive thru. I understand it was super busy. I ordered a smoothie and chicken ceasar wrap. My wrap only had chicken, bacon and dressing on it. Is missing the cheese lettuce and croutons as listed on your menu. Was disappointed by this. Paid $6.50 for my wrap and $3.50 for my drink. If you run out of product tell customers. I work in fast food so I understand. But very disappointed since I never come here

The donuts are always so fresh and delicious! They easily compare to those fancy donut places for way less of a cost. Every time we stop here we are always blown away but the quality of the food.
The service was excellent and staff were very friendly
Went through the drive threw tonight coffee was amazing same with ice coffee jus upset that the lady asked if I wanted my bagel toasted I said yes when I got home to open it, it was barley toasted like it was put in for 10 seconds n taken out, so I ended up tossing the whole thing out.
We ordered a wrap they said there was only one price for the wrap so they charged us extra for the wraps when we could clearly see the price difference on the wall
Really like the Jalapeño bagels, but I really go for Dalton’s smile and great service.
I drive 30mins as often as I can to this location, Arnprior, since the one in Almonte closed. I love their BLT
Only reason I go here is the friendly service that Dalton gives, amazing, puts a smile on my face.
