What a great place! 1st, they have many of the brands that I would get at chain stores, so I feel at home and comfortable because these brands are familiar staples that I'm already buying - but this is an actual, family owned market, with real local produce and items that I wouldn't necessarily find at a chain. They sell their own line of meats, so I know they're invested in the local community. What I don't see are lots of images trying to tie in the stuff they sell to an idea of sustainability or "being local". They are local. Their prices are as good as the larger stores but I know that I'm supporting a smaller infrastructure which means a stronger local economy. I love their additional product lines like soaps, pottery and clothing. I bring my family here because I know Cliff's family is supporting them.
Cliff's Country Market provides quality produce at reasonable prices. I really appreciate their commitment to bringing in organic vegetables and fruit that actually taste fresh. It's almost like having a 6-day-a-week farmers' market all year long. Grateful for the friendly and helpful people who make this possible for all of us. Their reliability and faithfulness is very appreciated! I highly recommend Cliff's Country Market to those who want quality good tasting organic fruits and vegetables as well as many other healthy choices of foods under one roof.
We Love Cliff's!! For a small store they have an amazing selection of organic and gluten free products. There is no better feeling than passing up the giant corporate stores and going to a locally owned neighborhood store! The employees are all friendly and helpful!
Cliffs is always a favorite and beats the big box stores as far as quality foods, and products. But their friendliness and more importantly, customer service is appreciated. We like the fact that they use using local farmers which distinguishes it from others. I understand that quality is something that is important to Cliff's but seems at times it can be a bit pricey. Although I'll continue to return to Cliff's for their delicious baked goods and produce and natural products, I think people would appreciate a bit of lower price to stretch our dollar in this inflated economy. Great job Cliff's! We continue to see what you have to bring to our community and improve our health and lifestyle. Thank you for your high standards.
What a great store! I have been going here for years because of the selection of fruits and vegetables and I know that it is local and fresh. The service is always friendly and easy parking right out front. It's like the neighborhood corner stores I grew up with. Avoid the big box stores with their bland fruits and veggies. Go to Cliff's, you'll be glad you did!
All the groceries we need to stock our cabin in Oregon on our way or back from can be purchased at Cliff's! Love the organic selection of produce, grains, eggs, breads, and spices. We have been ordering meat from the owners directly from their ranch. Now we can stop at Cliff's Country Market to purchase the same meat when we are in Caldwell if we are low and haven't ordered in bulk.
Iove this market!! The service is excellent and they have a great selection of just about everything gluten free as I am extremely allergic to wheat/gluten. I love the new selection of seafood as well.
This place is a gem. It's a staple for my household. I really love the staff, and the new owner is lovely. I hope they keep the variety of organic foods, and continue doing a great job providing a great service!
I love Cliff's! It is such a quaint store with the best seasonal produce. I like supporting small, locally-owned businesses and Cliff's is the epitome of quality. I feel truly welcomed whenever I walk in. Also, thank you for keeping the Amy's tofu scramble stocked; it helps to have something quick to make on the days I work in Caldwell! Thank you all for your exceptional service and kind hearts.
Awesome little store with a large selection of local organic fruit and veg. Gluten free goodies baked on site. Super friendly staff. Real eggs that are different sizes and colors as they should be.
