Very unhappy with the customer service we received from one of the floor representatives. Times are difficult for all but I would assume customers should be first and foremost. Maybe this can be addressed through some training.
Lovely furniture store, very friendly staff.
New location is stunning! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Huge variety and great prices on quality furniture and decor. I have bought many pieces and always get lots of compliments. I will never buy from anywhere other than this locally owned store.
Love my new sectional. It goes great in my theatre.
I went into the store a couple times in the past week and both times I was greeted by the staff. On the second occasion the staff were hanging a chandelier and still took the time to quickly come and say hi when I came in.
I have a lot of furniture and accessories from Country Living and love, love the design, the quality, the delivery, and the people. Some of my items are about 10 years old and still going strong. I love that everything is Made in Canada too! Great place to shop.
