My reservation was paid in full and was still forced to give a card for “incidentals” a credit card at that. They charged that card on check in $25. There was multiple signs threatening to charge guests $250 for different rules. Overall felt old and not up to date. Breakfast was basic we didn’t go back the second day it is what it is for free breakfast no complaints did have to tell staff to refill coffee. There was a dirty towel in our room. The bed was so hard I probably could have gotten the same sleep on the floor. Pool was nothing special hot tub jets werent very strong. My total for two nights was $477 and the extra charge of $25. We weren’t allowed late check out because they said the cleaners were busy not sure what that means. We come here for competitions and I won’t be staying here again.
It was overall clean and quiet. The room was stinky I'm sure because of the carpet. Other hotels we have stayed at more than once have replaced the carpet with some type of hard flooring which took away the smell. The breakfast was just ok. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotels overall appearance was clean.The outdoor smoking area could be moved away from the from door. Not nice to have to smell that each time you walk by.
Well, not a lot on the good side. The pool and hot tub were dirty. Dirt was piling up in the corners of both. Breakfast was ok. But not much to pick from. Rooms were ok looked clean. Biggest problem was a coworker seen a cockroach in the bathroom running around. I understand that can happen in hotels, but I'm good.
Best 2-star hotel we’ve ever stayed at Immaculately clean, with an indoor pool kept warm enough to enjoy even in December and there were already 4 vs. 3 pillows on the bed, so we didn’t need to come down to ask for an extra
Front desk Julie was amazing. Helped answer all questions and made the process easy and comfortable. I’ll be back when traveling through again.
