I wanted to take this time to make this review. I bought my car originally at the crowfoot Hyundai. However, the servicing team were not consistent nor as friendly, but their sales team is amazing.  However, here at country hills. The sales team and their servicing team go above and beyond for their customers.  I want to give a major shout out to Angel and Kapil for making my experience so great and memorable that I keep coming back.  They are very honest, intuitive, calm and patient. If their is something that is not needed they will let me know. Their more focused on the customers needs then the money. I've been coming to them for 8 years now and will continue as long i am driving. I highly recommend this place for all your servicing and sales needs. Thanks again for exceeding my expectation with dealerships and servicing. Keep up the great work.

I wanted to send a huge shout out to Daniel - floor manager in country hills Hyundai! He provided Exceptional customer service when buying my used genesis g70! Provided us with a wicked deal for trade in and gave us what we needed in the financial side of things with a few extras! Part of the deal was the spare set of tires, Daniel found the tires and realised that they were no longer road safe. He goes above and beyond and orders a brand new set with no charge!! I am so thankful!!!  Huge thank you to all the team and Daniel for making this car buying experience top tier!! Will definately be a repeat customer in the years to come!!! Highly recommended.

We got our 1st car here in Hyundai Country Hills. Steven and Scott assisted us and tried to do their best to give us a good deal at first we did get what our budget fits and the new car arrived, the interior wasn't what we expected and what they said but Steven did what he can to compensate that mistake and we agreed to get the car. And then the problem comes after we signed that we do want the car. The negotiated price was far far more than what the real amount we're about to pay and gave us confusion and disappointment since we think they adjusted the price without telling us first before we signed.  Again Steven and the Finance Manager tried fixing the problem to atleast fit in what we agreed on and met in the middle. At the end we got the car with a bit high price and got some additional this and that that Steven arrange to make up with what happen, we still thank this Branch for the good accommodation and offer .  ********************* Again looking at a brighter side our new car is fully protected interior and exterior . Overall we got yet a good deal.   all thumbs up to the Hyundai Countryhills Team . . . hello everyone i finance a Hyundai palisade 2022 its a very nice car, brand new, my wife like it  she want to explore the car. the technology was good, and Robin he was the who entertain us why I should get a brand new , explain about the car , the package included, and I have a lifetime package, I recommend Hyundai still the SUV I ever had, Thanks for the staff treating us very nice to my family.....

This is the WORST car buying experience EVER, go at your own risk!!! If there was a negative star, best believe I’ll give it to them. Nobody here keeps to their word & the “organized deceit” is really sad! Got a 2021 Palisade, was told ALL their vehicles come with the winter package or whatever delusion they called to justify jacking up the vehicle price. On the day of pick-up…”oh by the way the block heater isn’t installed, we have a backlog, we’ll let you know when they’re available “next week”. After pushing the floor manager for a date for it to be fixed, dude goes to his table, scribbles a date with signature & claims it’s been scheduled. Show up on the date for supposed scheduled installation…the parts department have NO IDEA what I’m talking about! Apparently, he DID NOT SCHEDULE A THING! So many instances of blatant falsehood during the transaction, i had to take a picture of the VIN to make sure i was getting the exact car i wanted & not something else. Their sole objective here is sales & they’ll do anything under the sun to make you put pen on paper & your nightmare begins. Good luck being able to reach anyone here or have them call you back, it never happens.

First I discovered that a battery was installed my new vehicle that was the wrong size, it failed in less than 2 years and because I recycled it to purchase a new battery elsewhere, Hyundai would not warrantee it.  Secondly a tire failed and I was told to just pop in and they would replace, after waiting 2 hours during covid outside in a smoke filled air, they completed it. Then I booked a service appointment tire and oil change to correspond with a flight I was going to catch.  After arranging the appointment and shuttle service to the airport, nobody was there accept me.  I had to Uber to airport and leave my vehicle without service, almost missed my flight.  To make up for the inconvenience, I was offered a detail of my vehicle with valet service but again No Show!!!  I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership. I wonder if I was a man whether my experience would have been different.  I will never purchase another Hyundai product again.Do not trust anything Manager named Angel says.  Do not believe any confirmation texts they send. — I have since been contacted by Angel with an offer to correct the situation and I appreciate his sincerity

Amazing Experience! Had the opportunity to work alongside with one of the experienced dealers, who has been very patient and reassuring! He explained everything precisely and gave me options that best suit my financial needs. Also had them to assist me in this process, who were able to find me the best prices for cars. Can't go wrong with these guys! Immaculate service!

We have had a couple of winter tire exchanges completed here over the last couple of months.  I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to accommodate us compared to other places I have used in the past.  While waiting for the tires to be completed we browsed in the showroom.  I was pleasantly surprised how many salesman approached us and said hello.  It felt very welcoming.  Thank you to salesman Scott who spent time asking us if he could help us in anyway.  He had a very sincere and genuine way about him.  We will definitely use him for our next purchase when we are ready.
