Every time I go to this pet store I have a problem. My main concern is there so called "free bag loyalty program". Frankly, I know my bags are not all accounted for. Here why....., I went there today to find out that once again the food in the size I buy was out of stock. (3rd time in 4 months) I purchased the larger size and was told at checkout that the larger bag did not apply to the free bag program. I pointed out that they were out of stock and was bluntly told "thats not our concern, its the supplier". Well, it is your concern Critter Corner! You sell and make a profit on the food, you offer the loyalty program and you are my point of contact. How do I know that the reoccurring out of stocks is not the supplier but your own order patterns? All in all I recommend buying your pet supplies in Penticton. Critter Corner does not deserve "loyalty shopping".
