Was my very first time here... I am a customer for life . Deb is a very likable woman who is multi talented ...she makes an amazing variety of jams ,jellies, preserves , and baked goods. She also has a creative flair that left me in awe..Knitted hats , scarves ,slippers . She makes handcrafted signs and an array of beautiful peices .. The fish and chips that she makes is by far and above any I've tried . A special ingredient in the batter is her key to the recipie. Perfection ....no other word for it... If I could add more starts to the 5 ...I would...
I can't even describe how impressed I am with this cute little hidden restaurant. She was working solo and served the 4 of us very quickly and with accuracy. The food was amazing! Fish and chips were delicious! Overall great experience!
Fast service, however à little pricey for lunch. Pototoes skins were not the best.

Fish and chips we got the 8 piece she said they were going to be small pieces and I found we got bigger then usual batter is sweet and fish was very good ; home cut fries the best ;

Amazing experience at Deb’s! Amazing food, great people! I had a vehicle problem while I was there and they had a mechanic friend come down and look after me. Amazing small town people. It’s hard to find that nowadays. Thank you!
Deb was fantastic. Soup and sandwich very good. The locals coming is like the Corner Gas of NS. ITS on the TRANS Canada trail.
Deb is friendly and very creative. Lots of hidden gems inside this store and the food oh my home cooked and one of the best meals ive had since covid has started. Everything is homemade; bread,fries, hamburger, the jams and baked goods too. I will be back for sure!
