I placed an order from out-of-state over the phone and was positively overwhelmed with the level of customer service I received and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! They exceeded all expectations.

Not delivered on day promised. Recipient had to pick up flowers herself the NEXT DAY. Florist refused to refund delivery fee. I won’t be ordering from them again.
