Have had this service as well as a competitor..feel they are about equal. My advice..watch when your initial contract is up for your security device. They charge $175 per hour to service the device on site...may want to look at new equipment after the 3 years are up..even a quick service call will cost you dearly.
I cancelled my service but they continued sending invoices and refused to cancel . I complained to Better Business Bureau and they replied they will cancel the service and the claimed invoices. 6 months later, I received a letter from collecting agency requesting paying the claimed invoices. These are very bad business practices.
