Cost effective, simple, laid back living. The staff is friendly and attentive. Common areas are well kept. Apartments are comfortable.
Unfortunately this condo is no longer a good place to live! Lack of maintenance, take too long to solve! It is very cold and my air is not heating the house I have two babies and it is the third time that it stops working and take time to come tidy!
This place is a joke! Workers in the front has no concerns and no worries for us resident . My sink was leaking when I moved in and I called in for maintenance to come and look they took a month before they could come and fix it. It’s crazy how they promise things but don’t do anything for the resident
