This has become my regular spot; nice clean water, great spot on the little Island to relax and have a little fire for hotdogs and marshmallows. Meet some great people made some friends and had some good tines on this beach. My only complaint is that there are no signs on the beach to let people know when you have entered the nudist area and families have been wandering over to it with their little kids. Keep something handy to cover up in a hurry if you need to.
Went there with my man and we had a blast: shout out to "seattle"! We weren't sure how to get there but we met a dude in the parking lot and my man asked if he was headed to the nude beach and he said "sure am". So we followed him there. It's about a 40 min walk down the most heavenly trail. Bring sunscreen and bugpray and you will have the time of your life. People are friendly and respectful. If you see us say hi, we will be suntanning and listening to tunes or floating down the river. Clothing optional. If you don't know now you knowif you see rocks painted with smiley faces that was us!!!
Pretty cute little spot on the river. Looks like the usual part of this beach is challenging to access with the erosion. It’s a bit of a hike in from the parking lot - about 2km.
Great area, relaxing and beautiful! There is access by following the trail which is by the water! Its a bit of a walk, but that means its a bit isolated from Prospector Point. No access by car! The walk there is enjoyable!
Awesome way to experience the outdoors. My wife and I have loved it both times we've managed to make it out there. A great community that helps keep the place in shape too#
Don't Drive here. It's gated off. No access. Kinda disappointed
Great place to chill out nude. Friendly relaxed people
Hey Emily Chan! The entire river is over it's banks. It's nothing to do with CottonTail Corner. They have no control over the weather or the river. CottonTail Corner is a wonderful place to go. The water level will start dropping within the next few weeks and then it'll be wonderful for the rest of the summer. We'll all be going out there!
A relaxing and discreet Clothing Optional corner of Alberta, Canada's North Saskatchewan River. Shared respectfully be Albertan Naturalists. Cottontail corner is a half an hour hike from the public beach to a serene rocky beach. Perfect for peeling your clothes off and plunking a lawn chair down and enjoying nature as it was intended!
Wowsy...an excellent stop...the trail is fabulous...friendly folks, water was so warm, just a pleasure to be there..thankyou cottontail corner crew....I.ll be back...
