Best Porcetta we ever had and we have had very good ones in France and Italy. Bought the whole piglet deboned and stuffed with more pig and roasted it on a  spit for 6 hrs. Would have been enough meat for 75 people - we were only 50! Absolutely delicious - comment made by all. Many thanks for this beautiful discovery.
