I’ve never had a bad experience with Cottage Inn. Good food and service. When they make a mistake the one time they correct it right away ... I appreciate that. Everyone has always been kind and polite, the food hot and fresh. That garlic cream cheese is addicting!
Good pizza, very poor customer service. Was on hold for over 5 minutes, someone answered and hung up the phone. Called over 10 times... no response from anyone, so I went to Pizza Hut
Hands down the New #1 in town. Well I think you have been. But after this last change to there "pan" pizza You all are the best around! The toppings were falling off each slice! Just got done with 2nd day cold left overs. It's just as good! Thanks you guys!! Great pizza!!
I’ve been calling for over 30 mins and no one will answer the phone I know it’s 9:30 but still bad business
Used to love this place at their old location, but now they never answer their phones for ordering and have horrible customer service. Love the pizza, but I hate the frustration that comes with trying to order it. I’m not planning on ordering pizza from them again, and I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years.
