Amazing place. They have great hot chocolate, and a lot of flavours. The staff is super friendly. We asked them for a box for chocolates, and even though they don’t usually carry any, they tried to find one from somewhere. We did end up getting a box. Also, they did a ribbon bow on there on our request. Their service was exceptional.

I am so grateful that they were one of the few places to grab a bite in Bala. We loved their veal parmigiana sandwiches and hot chocolates in so many flavours. We liked it so much that we returned the next day to try the frozen yogurt which was delish !!
A great little sandwich and gift shop. The grilled sandwiches were wonderful and the staff was very friendly. There's also a few picnic tables out front so you can sit and enjoy your food in the shade.
This place was awesome. Great coffee and great service. Great place to stop and get your bearings. Batista seems to know everything about everything.
Beautiful store cottage style staff friendly make you feel welcome and informative of the area ice cream food and meal prep souvenirs and more come to visit is worth the drive
