Great location!nnGot my membership in December and was impressed with the customer service here. Very friendly, responsive to questions and willing to help.nnBe warned it can be very hard to find close parking if distance is an issue for you! It may take a few laps around the closer area to the door to find a spot -- but parking is consistently available further from the entrance.

We visited Costco optical couple of days back and had a horrible experience from the service agent. His name I believe was Bill. We had a prescription for glasses from the Optometrist in Costco and we selected a frame to go with the glasses. We gave the frame to this agent for booking the glasses. He tried to sell the reading glasses which were in SALE at Costco. We declined it and wanted to go ahead with our selection. He was very insistent and by and advised he “cannot sell” anything to us other than reading glasses. He tried to give us a lesson and when we told him yhis is a very poor customer experience he is giving, he didn’t care. Finally we got up and asked for another sales person who was very helpful and we ended up buying the same frame and glasses from there. I have been an executive member for more than 5 years and this is the way Costco is treating its customers? This was a horrible experience.
This is most likely the busiest Costco I have ever been in! It is so overcrowded you really can't enjoy your shopping experience here. I've been here twice now and I can say it's also the last time. I have yet to really find any value better than what is available at other big box stores. Costco does a great job of repackaging sizes to make it seem like you're getting a good deal, but in reality there really aren't any exceptional deals here. Apart from some brands that you can't get elsewhere, I'm having a hard time justifying renewing my membership here. I'm not sure why I need six tubes of toothpaste sitting in my closet waiting to get used. There's probably better things I could spend my money on
Broke down and bought a new membership online with my VISA, but I couldn't buy anything at the store, Master Card only Canada. Must remember debit from now on.
