Been a Costco member since 1990 at Warden when Durham didn't have any Wearhouses...look at us now, we have three. One is needed for Pickering/Scarborough area. The staff are always friendly and helpfull.
Love this location for the quality of items. However, I recently got a membership and it wasn’t that easy to get through the process as there were lots of upgrades being pushed on me. Aside from that I understand people are just doing their jobs, but the new member experience could use some improvement. I’m not interested in anything else but what I came to sign up for: just a plain old membership. Either way this still remains my favourite store, been going here for years with family and the items are high quality + food court items are delicious.
The Costco Wholesale in Oshawa is a great place for bulk shopping with excellent value for money. The store is well-organized, clean, and usually well-stocked with a wide range of groceries, household items, electronics, and seasonal products. The staff are helpful, and checkout moves fairly quickly considering how busy it can get.nOverall, it’s a reliable location for quality products at competitive prices. Highly recommended for regular grocery runs and bulk purchases.
What a horrible experience at this location. Parking was limited, had to get help to find a shopping cart. Isles too small and oriented incorrectly. People fighting In the gas station line up. Was told I can't use a gift card bought for me without my Costco membership. After being corrected by two staff members and her supervisor both members were rude towards me. The young male scanning was very polite. I will never visit this particular establishment again. Possibly will not renew my membership and will definitely never recommend costco to anyone. The quality is at best par with grocery stores with a butcher on-site and the prices are outrageous. What are we paying for now? Giant lineups and stress? I'm going to a butcher for my meat now and it's better quality and cheaper. What else is costco good for Toilet paper? The garbage overated stuff I watched people walk out with is disturbing. Be careful with these Influencers pushing products in you as most are getting paid and the products are garbage and aren't the same product after the exposure has people try it. Be safe out there. Keep your eyes open and report these companies for our own sake
Overall places okay how ever I did come across something unexpected on my cheese cake. Unfortunately I threw away and the receipt. I’m coming from far with this Purchased just visting Oshawa
