What can I say, I love Costco! Parking lot is amazingly not always full but that may just be due to the location (Langley vs Newton, Surrey). This could also be the cause for the store to be easier to navigate and the checkout lines not making me want to give up on everything. Also they always have those rigid empty boxes for carrying out purchases (and packing!) Finally, I get my prescriptions at this location and Debbie is the nicest assistant - took the time to explain details about my insurance and discount card with medication.

Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. washrooms very well maintained especially given the use. Management of cashier access line ups sensitively monitored given the sporadic needs in a day. Parking lot buggy clearance very good. A happy experience overall.

Reasonably organised but loses a star from me because just when you figure out where to find stuff they move it around on you. Prices are fine and competitive so it's really not a wholesale store at all. Very popular though with long lineups to get to the tills to check out. Staff is quite friendly and very helpful - great people working there.

The best Costco you can go to in the lower mainland. Bad for parking though it’s just so busy. Glad they have a gas station here. The staff are friendly, prices are great and tons of good products just at this location. I just wish it wasn’t so busy, but it’s just because we need another Costco in South Surrey to suit the growing population.

Can't say enough about the price, customer service and accessible locations. Great place to shop. Now if only the customers in the store would learn to "drive" a shopping cart without interfering/colliding with other shoppers it would be a better shopping experience.
