The customer service is amazing. I had a quick discussion with the guy who directs the clients to the right cashier. He is very respectful and funny. This Costco, like any others I guess, has directions, gel stations and what is necessary for the "Covid situation". I went on a Saturday, around 12 pm. The line outside was short and quick.

Its Costco... few options but great pricing if you don't mind buying in bulk . Great for restaurant owners and other resellers... not as easy to find exactly what you want for the average user. Very busy most days... worse on weekends.

You need to pay a yearly membership, but if you get the gold membership, it pays for itself with the points you accumulate throughout the year. Great prices on most products. I even buy clothes there. The t-shirts have great quality. I use them frequently during the winter.

Worst customer service ever First of all Costco should start to train their managers and employees to how to talk with their customers I bought ring many times online and My gf didn’t like it and we return them with my girlfriend who happen to be white and I am brown and they had a giant smile to return the same jewelry when I am with her cuz of the looks and when i return alone they telling me that oh you abusing and we can’t make money and we will put reg flag so next time u can’t return : because you have so many return When I tell the issue to my gf she told me that it seen it could be a racial issue Which sadly happening in Canada Like seriously you think I care if u put red flag ,it means I have to buy stuff even I don’t like it so you can make money I didn’t know that Costco don’t make money feel sad for them I have to open a charity for them so Costco start making money It’s not my problem either you make money or not ,change your policy for return and stop crying to customer about your problems If I don’t like something I will return I want to give -5 stars but don’t have option Treat nice with customers ,train your employees so they know what’s coming out from their mouth before they talk Really disappointment for the action perform by non trained manager I wish I knew his name

Great place for everything [Opticals, watches, clothing, winter wear, shoes, food, house hold items, vegetables, automobile services like tyres, oil change etc. They have live food counters too, you can order anything and eat there. Weekends are little bit crowded but you will get enough parking space.

To shop there, you must be a member. However this is a great place to buy groceries in bulk for your family at the cost price. I highly recommend it.

Not so bad on the 24th of Dec. , not crowded.. I was able to buy what I needed

Lots of space to circulate among other clients and easy access to go from an area to another. Staff is very friendly and quick on their feet. Doesn’t take long to get the service or help you need. Tons of parking!

Costco is the best place to go for so many things. Membership is totally worth it. Great products, great prices
