We used to frequent Costco for the great bargains, but lately, the price advantage compared to other stores seems to be shrinking. That said, Costco still offers an impressive variety of products, and I particularly love their Kirkland brand paper towels and toilet paper. The staff is generally friendly and helpful—when you can find them.nnHowever, my biggest frustration is the self-checkout system. For a store of Costco’s size, it’s unacceptable to have so few self-checkout lanes. While I understand that many customers shop in bulk, plenty of shoppers just need to grab a few items. Today was the worst I’ve seen—it was so crowded that the self-checkout line stretched all the way back to the dairy section. After waiting and realizing how slow the process was, I had no choice but to leave my groceries behind and shop elsewhere.nnCostco, you risk losing customers if you don’t prioritize faster and more efficient checkout options. There’s no point in offering great deals if customers are too frustrated to complete their purchases. Please address this issue—long wait times are becoming unbearable.

Staff here and so friendly and helpful. Every time I go there, it's a great experience. I even get my prescriptions there and they are all super helpful people. My only wish is they had fuel so we could gas up there. We love it there !
Even since I moved to NB, I used this Costco all the time for my purchases. Today, I had a really a bad experience. I most of the time I use bar code for membership at front and at the checkout. They asked me my physical card like a cop asking for your ID. The self checkout employee went to his manager, and the manager gives us a speech about policy even though greeters at door allow bar code memberships as well as other staff.nnHowever, Upon a discussion he threatened us to cancel membership and he write down the number.
We just moved to New Brunswick and Megan was absolutely amazing at getting us set up with our new membership. She is a pro and Costco is lucky to have her! 17/10! While we were shopping and getting aquitned with the store layout the other staff members were very helpful and kind in answering all of our questions. All around a great Costco experience. Well done everyone!
