Do better!!!! A person should absolutely not have to scan their card, walk all the way around to the washrooms. Good luck getting through because it’s locked down like Fort Knox!!! Don’t bother bringing a cart because it’ll be gone when you come out. Then have to walk all the way back to the entrance to get a cart and scan your card again!!!! Figure it out!!!!! I pay for a membership, the least you could do is make access to the washroom easy! Let me know when someone figures out a better way!!
Excellent store with friendly staff.nMy only complaint being that they may not want to turn the pizzas on their side at the food court when they're busy and trying to get around one another.
I cannot say enough good things about Colleen and Tanya from the Costco Saint John location! After dealing with a nightmare situation involving Costco Concierge, these two amazing ladies stepped in and completely turned things around for me. Their willingness to go above and beyond to help made a world of difference. They were kind, patient, and incredibly efficient, which truly eased my stress.
