Costco Wholesale

The most exhilarating Costco trip I’ve ever had!! My husband and I went to Costco for three things, the famous Costco pumpkin pie, whipping cream and some buns. We make it to the back of the store, and one person has I kid you not, 30 PUMPKIN PIES in their cart, clearing the whole table. Multiple people around stood and watched in shock as they took every single pie left for themselves. We heard other people talking about it too, it was the hot gossip in the store. We wandered around for a little while, as the whole store smelled like pumpkin pie, hoping they were going to put some more out. After grabbing things we didn’t go there looking for, we made our way back over to the table. All kinds of people were just standing around waiting for the employees to bring them out. As one employee wheeled out the cart everybody slowly made there way to the table as he placed them on, once they were all there it was fair game and people flocked over to grab their pumpkin pies before they were gone. Like the seagull scene out of Finding Nemo. We managed to make it out with 2 Pumpkin Pies!! The wait was worth it! Pumpkin pies were secured, early thanksgiving was saved by the prompt service of the Costco employees. We had a very thrilling Costco experience today!

Love shopping here,the selection of stuff is absolutely amazing from electronics,office supplies,clothes for everyone in the family,kitchen stuff,appliances,food you name it they got it. And the exclusive stuff they have there sometimes is awesome. Well worth the $60 for a membership pays for its self the first time you shop. Also the staff is always so great . And the hotdogs,fries and ice cream are worth just stopping there to eat to be honest. Can't go anywhere for a dinner for two with desert under $15

Was told by two different employees, two different locations for cottage cheese. Never found it. They might not have had any. Not sure. Not a deal breaker. Still a good experience. Polite staff. Got most of what we needed without issue.

Overwhelmingly positive experience at the Medicine Hat Costco, specifically in regards to social distancing and capacity limits. Additionally, the membership desk and team member there was a joy to work with as we completed our registration. The bakery department here was operating like a well oiled machine, and the quality of product was beyond what I expect. They are still trying to do samples, but for the most part this isn’t possible with the Covid-19 restrictions.

Alex at the tire centre saved us tonight. Words can’t express how grateful I am that he helped us replace our tires. It’s was a bitterly cold night and no one else in town could help but he willingly looked at them and replaced them with a smile on his face. Thank you so much Costco Medicine Hat but most importantly thank you so much Alex. The world needs more people like Alex.

I love Costco, they have mastered getting people to spend more. I always go for diapers and then end up walking out with sooooo much more. The Staff I have encountered have always been incredibly friendly and helpful.

No rotisserie chickens, told me 40 minutes. I went back an hour and 20 minutes later, they were all gone. Unacceptable. They have 4 ovens and only had chickens in one. Others weren't being used. They should never be out in the middle of the day.

Very big very clean store. They have extra staff wiping down the carts today. They have extra staff keep the food court extra clean. The staff are friendly and nice. I like there sales this week. The fries could have been hotter but everything else was good.

Update: Some great new item to be found... Christmas at Costco is certainly entertaining... love the options they have for gifts and food.

I regularly shop here and think the staff are pleasant and that there are good products for a decent price. My only negative is they are CONSTANTLY trying to push their Executive Membership or mastercard down my throat! Enough already!! I've tried the Executive Membership and it wasn't worth it for us. Can't they put a note on our account so they will stop trying to pressure me??
