I love this Costco.  I have to Costco all over the place and this one is the best!  Easy in and out.  Spacious open feeling, no long line ups!  Its just the best!!!

Great store. Used to be better than the ones in Calgary simply for the short line ups but it is slowly getting to that point. But otherwise a great store. It is setup differently than the Calgary stores though

Best all around shopping in Okotoks. Great selection in the liquor store. Buy the Kirkland label .

I called to get my winter tires swapped, after being re routed through their automated system about 8 times I finally spoke to an administrative staff. She told me that she would connect me to the tire department. And then hung up on me. I called back again and was hung up on again. After being re routed and hung up on for a total of 45 minutes, I finally got to speak to someone. He told me that you can’t book tire appointments via telephone and you would have to go online to do it. Which is wrong seeing as a tire appointment was booked over the phone a few hours prior. The customer service here was horrendous and after this experience I will not be going back. I would rather pay double the money to get my tires put on at a place where people actually care about their customers and know what they’re talking about. 0/10 would recommend this place for tire swapping.

Love shopping at this Costco, so much better than any in Calgary.   We live in south Calgary, only takes 15 min to drive there.
