Satisfaction is not 100% guaranteed. We tried to return a mattress that was four years old with use a few months a yearand had begun to sag. It was so bad that we had to buy another mattress because we were in such pain. When we tried to return it, they refused and they also lied and told us that we only had 90 days to return it, but when I looked up online, that was not true.
