We live right near the Costco in Calgary on Heritage. We love going here for the deals, the bulk, and the staff. The checkout line is always efficient even when it’s busy and the staff are very helpful as we have a small baby with us now. We really want to shout out one particular employee, his name is Michael and he works checking out the receipts on the way out. He is so lovely. We’ve been coming to this Costco for 2 years and he is always so happy, draws pictures on the receipts for our daughter and even sang us a Christmas tune today. He is awesome, we wish we could get him to check out receipts every time! Thanks Michael.
The staff at this location are always so miserable and act above everyone. Each time we come in we are not greeted nicely but with annoyance as if we the customers aren’t paying your wages. I am extremely annoyed with the fact they don’t offer good samples but keep giving out the same stuff , there is no benefit to the VIP membership and the reward program is a joke when you spend 3000$ and get 60$ cheque that you can’t use unless it’s with your spouse even when you love together but because it’s on the other spouse card they won’t allow it. I don’t see any real savings or deals like in the past Walmart has comparable prices now for the same amount. It’s hard to convince people to join when there are no real benefits. Don’t get me started on the gas bar as they have all these workers standing around yelling but not actually doing anything or helping fill the customers tanks which I think would be better use of there time.
Who doesn't love them some Costco. I recommend going on a Saturday so you have to park a town away and run people not paying attention over with your cart. Oh and stand in line for an hour for a 1.50 slice of pizza. I especially love going in for 2 items and coming out 400 less with a cart full.nIn all honesty costco is awesome. Love the staff and the prices!
Heritage Tire Centre is absolutely top notch! Absolutely amazing. The girls at the front desk are absolutely super friendly and willing to answer all your questions. The tire service was on time and quick to finish. Staff are super accommodating and willing to help. I will never take my tires anywhere else. Thank you Costco tire center.
I like to come here after 7pm no traffic no problem with packing. Service here ok 8/10
