2022 November 2.5 Omg! This place is PACKED on the weekends! Lines running into the gas station makes it difficult to get into the plaza where Costco is. Once your inside, the crowds are amazing. You'd almost think they were giving stuff away Free! Wait! They do.. with free tasting portions Honestly, Costco is great. Just the crowds here means you're going to fight the line ups and parking. Best to go early at this location.
This is our favourite place for Costco family shopping. The store is located at nice location but parking is always a little challenge. There is huge parking space around the store. Generally you find everything what you need like every Costco store. Currently, you are getting any free food items. The only problem is the place is sometime very crowded and can take 10-15 mins to check out. The customer care counters are not organized properly and remain very packed. They should have better process to handle existing customers. Last time I waited for 20 mins but could not find any representative.
I visited this Costco location in the Heartland Town Center after more than 15 years. It still has all the great deals on great products. The store was packed inside and outside. Parking was hard to find. Some aisles were busier than others. Overall, a very crowded and busy location. The staff was lovely, and many have been working there for 10+ years, which is refreshing. Talking to staff, I learned that the store is typically busiest Thursday - Monday.
Great location that always has tons of new products to sample and buy. The quality and quantity remains the same in all Costco … but their products supply is not up to the mark with consumption pressure. I have seen multiple instances where the advertised product was out of stock even if you go a little late. Overall it is fine for daily needs. I also love how they offer gas at a reduced rate..
Went to Costco to pick up some snacks. Fresh produce, vegetables , meat, fish. Can’t go wrong with the Kirkland Brand always very good. Picked up some Kirkland Espresso beans custom roasted by Starbucks. All your shopping needs under one roof.
Well Costco is the place to shop if you looking to buy bulk items. Being a regular here its a maze you enter . every week there is something new and it's so wonderful to keep looking at the several items and options, we have had good finds. However with the festive season approaching this time we got chocolates and to our surprise with the Cadbury favorites 18 full size bars package we just got 16 within it . Not sure if this is just one box but if you happen to buy this one do check the bars. We did not get the Crispy Crunch*2 bars. This may be a Cadbury issue but would like to highlight. Adding pictures for clarification as I just opened the package.
I’m not sure why employees find the need to give such a hard time returning food. I bought the wrong thing and it was perfectly packaged and in sellable condition with a best before date half a year from now. If the multimillion/multibillion dollar corporation doesn’t donate their food or find a sustainable option for returned foods or even if it’s due to Covid then employees should take it up with corporate if they care so much instead of shaming customers in front of other customers and flaring up some unnecessary anxiety. The amount of returns I’ve made over the course of 5+ years can be counted in one hand and this is the first time I’ve even returned Costco food. I didn’t make up your policy but thanks for the anxiety induced thoughts of replaying this interaction for the next few months! Other than that, it’s a Costco. It’s going to be busy and have long line ups and be extra busy during the holidays. The people at cash generally do what they can with the staffing that’s scheduled. No complaints there, I feel bad knowing usually how understaffed stores are during the holidays. Special Shout out to the employees in the cafe because they hustle and need a better system than having to call out order numbers. Overall, never really have an issue with this location except this one time. If you’re closer to Burlington or want to go for a further drive, I would rather go there because they’re generally nicer. Also, Costco if you’re reading this, find a sustainable option for food returns, get a computer system for the cafe area so they don’t get laryngitis and open up a Costco in Milton- thanks and happy holidays!
Changed to two stars as my last visit an employee was very rude to me. Standard Costco in Ontario, busy, packed and slow line ups.
Is there an incentive plan for the employees that works at the Costco gas station, of how many vehicles go through the gas station per hour or per shift?... I had an atrocious visit at the Costco gas station yesterday. I purchased $83.89 worth of fuel. In addition, while the fuel was pumping I notice that my windshield washer fluid needed topping up. Therefore, while the fuel was pumping I proceeded to top up my windshield washer fluid. I was told by an employee that I should not do this top up my windshield washer fluid. Furthermore, this employee stated that I should pull forward to the empty parking lot and top up my windshield washer fluid there. He told me this policy was from management because they wanted to keep the gas station line moving quickly. I have never heard such nonsense in all my life. I have been coming to this Costco gas station since it opened. Moreover, I have always topped up my windshield washer fluids while pumping fuel. I was never told this before. Please, re-calibrate your employees on safety, people skills and a little bit of common sense to mitigate this from transpiring in the future..
The two times I've visited this location recently. Everything else has been fine and the employees are lovely. However, the cashiers rush you through the checkout process. Both times, it was not busy. Please allow customers to be able to check the pricing and pack their carts accordingly. I'm spending $300 to $500 in groceries every time I go there and I need to make sure everything is back on my cart. I've noticed this at this location only.
