I usually write reviews to encourage people and businesses. But unfortunately had such a bad experience at the fas station today. The seniors working there are completely ignorant and unprofessional. They are watching lines that do not need any attention while they have their backs against the left-most lane next to a construction zone that actually require someone to manage traffic. There is a narrow passage if someone parks their gas at the rear pump that completely blocks the cars behind from accessing the front two pumps. After waiting in the line for 15 mins because I could clearly see they completely ignored this lane while ques to my right were moving atleast 3 times faster, I stepped out to ask the lady to manage this line as well. Rather than understanding the issue, she and the other employees came to argue with me. I kept explaining them that this is basic common sense that this line needs attention due to nearby construction and all they have to do is to ask the customer at rearmost pump to park their car a little forward to fuel up so that other cars could use the other 2 pumps. I respect elders but these at the pump were so arrogant and rude. The worst I ever met in my life. And when they knew I was making sense, they started passing personal comments looking at my car a bmw cabriolet that no wonder I'm a problem. I could have humiliated her by gping personal. But I didn't. All I said was that I will escalate this matter and they responded that they do not fear or care. Costco, if you are reading this, you need to train your staff better. They are actually doing nothing at that pump. Its a waste to have such an incompetent staff. They are not just causing inconvenience to customers by failing to manage the crowd, but even making losses for you as your pumps sit idle due to their mismanagement. I would never go to this gas station again if I had not bought this yearly membership.
this COSTCO Gas station earned my 5star rating because the young Asian employee Tommy at the pump, he is very knowledgeable and professional about the automobiles, and very friendly when he helped me to check my tires at the gasoline station, and guided me on how to use the air pressure station. we need more people like Tommy in costco
Costco Gas is a great place to fuel up! The prices are always lower than most stations, and the pumps are well-maintained and easy to use. The lines can be long at times, but they move quickly. Overall, a reliable and cost-effective choice for gas!
Always a clean self serve. Patrolled by 2 helpful staff members always. Usually around 5¢ cheaper than other stations.
