Great customer service from the moment we walked in. we were greeted with a big smile the gentleman who started our meals was really friendly and went the extra mile to ask about our day. I love Costa Vida, however, this location specifically is VERY stingy on the meat portion on the salads, they will pinch two tongs full and call it good.. barely ANY meat. We as customers are paying $10-$11 for a SALAD. It’s mainly lettuce, they need to be more generous on the meat. I had asked for extra meat it’s $2 extra which I’m fine with paying I had to ask 2 different times tonight to please add more meat because the employees are so greedy like it comes out of their paycheck, even when I am paying the extra money for what I asked for and they seemed irritated by me asking politely. This is something I’m sure a lot of people don’t like but many won’t say anything or make a review. This is what reviews are for. Hope this will change sometime soon. The Clinton location is more generous and I don’t have to ask again. Please look into this issue and fix it. Also, there’s NEVER a parking spot!! Even in the garage!!!!!

We never got our order. They delivered it to someone else. We called four times and it hung up on by the same Hispanic lady before we got to a manager. The manager assured us that she issued a full refund for our order, which we also never received. Don’t go to this location, it is a joke.Service: 1/5
Worst experience ever! The food was uneatable and they were out of everything. It was not busy, it was a weekday, and it wasn’t a holiday but they were out of sweet pork, enchilada sauce, queso, and several other items. That doesn’t leave many options, certainly not any of the popular items. We got an order of nachos, but the chips were stale and the meat was crusty. We also got a couple quesadillas that were made on burnt tortillas, with almost no cheese, and the steak was as hard as a rock. You could pick it up and everything fell out because there was no cheese holding it together. The chicken was also very dry. And to top it all off the syrup was low in the soda. No one in our group could finish their food because of how bad it was. We all ended up throwing our food away and we went to get food elsewhere. Despite the lack of ingredients, the staff was not apologetic or accommodating. They were also very slow to serve us, and again it was not busy at all. We literally saw some workers in the back drop some food and catch it, upside down, before it hit the floor, they just laughed and put it in the to go bag anyways. I have never seen a restaurant as mismanaged as this and have never had a worse experience. We will not return to this location and will no longer be supporting this chain after this terrible experience.
We ordered on the app and asked for the tortilla for the salad on the side. When we went to pick it up and it was not placed on the side! My husband asked them to redo it and place the tortilla on the side and they told him that next time they won’t remake it because it was not marked properly on the order for it to be on the side. There is NO WHERE in the app that has that option to ask for it on the side!!! Also that there is no special instructions area either! The only spot to put something like that is in the optional name area!!! This has happened to us many times at this site. It is not our fault for there being no correct place to put that request!!! And you should not ever tell someone that! Then when they remade the salad not only did they not listen to the instructions again that asked for no guacamole. They put the freaking guacamole on it!!! Then didn’t even give us the tortilla that was supposed to be on the side!!!!!
Put in an online order for a simple burrito half an hour before I picked it up at 12. I walk in at 12 and no one was there to greet me, after waiting for about 7 minutes someone managed to ask me the name on my order then proceeded to go back to whatever they were doing. The normal line went through probably 3 times before I even got my food 15 minutes later than expected. What is the point of ordering ahead if its not even going to be made until 10 minutes after I arrive? Oh well still got my food and it tastes like a cold tortilla dipped in hot wet garbage. 0/10
So the basics, food was good had the grilled steak burrito with red enchilada sauce which was on point, service was quick and the staff was friendly enough. The atmosphere here is very interesting as it boarders the indoor surfing facility.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
