I work here and have been busting my behind to get the store back in shape! Trust me it has taken ALOT of elbow grease but its worth it! I love my girls i work with and love our customer base i try extremely hard to meet everyones needs. I love my job and my position as assistant manager. Im so excited to get the store back in tip top shape again.

I used to love coming here for my product until the new manager made me feel extremely uncomfortable and followed me around the store. She was very unprofessional and she treated her employees like children. She definitely is not manager material. Never going back there.

I have been going to Cosmoprof for years and was never happy with the customer service I received until recently, since the new manager started I have seen many positive changes and the customer service is 100 times better. Keep up the good work ladies and forget about the HATERS!

The lady that was there today was very helpful even though I am a hairstylist and she is a nail tech. She was very helpful and very pleasant to work with!

Share my thoughts okay I will say the manager is with a doubt a problem your better get it straightened out cause she is a bully
