The best little food store in the area. Super friendly employees and a great selection of food you can't find anywhere else. Great baked goods too.

This place is a gem! Located in the heart of Cortland, they stock a great selection if local and organic products, including fresh produce, cheeses, meats and vegan options . Have a bulk section, too. I love their grab and go food options for a quick lunch deviled eggs, chickpea salad, and a cold lavender and coconut milk latte!

If you are gluten free you MUST visit this place. It is a one if a kind store in our area. They also have all kinds of fresh salads and sandwiches if you wanna pop in for a quick lunch or bite to eat.

One of very few places im willing to shop at anymore. If you want to change your lifestyle and begin healthy eating and living, this is the starting line! Most of their foods include gluten free, vegan/vegetarian, and organic selections. The staff is very friendly and helpful and provide a home away from home environment
