We were craving some Korean fried chicken so decided to try this place! It was pretty good, I really enjoyed the classic fried chicken dish, the coleslaw that came with it was light and vinegary perfect!. I found I enjoyed it more over the sweet and spicy chicken which was more sweet than spicy I personally dislike it when there’s a charge for kimchi.. I feel like it’s anti-thesis to what Korean restaurant hospitality. Still I would love to come back for when I get an itch for fried chicken! Tip: You have a little buzzer at the side of the table if you need anything, you can easily flag the waitress for it. Also, def try the classic fried chicken
Their fried chicken is definitely their star dish. It was served with a great crispy exterior with a tender and juicy interior. On the other hand, their rice cakes were too hard for me. Not chewy, but just hard. The texture felt a bit off. The chicken dumplings were lackluster And the service was fine. Beside that, the place looks clean. The flavours were amazing for both the soup and the fried chicken. I would definitely like to try one of their flavoured fried chicken next time.
I went to a restaurant with friends and family after a long time, and the food were so delicious that everyone had a good time. the Soft tofu stewseafood was delicious with fresh seafood, moderately spicy, and the seasoning was just right, and the beef bibimbap was yummy because it had fresh vegetables, the flavor of grilled beef, and the seasoning came out on the side so we could control the spiciness. Tteokbokki went well with chewy rice cakes with cheese, and it was moderately spicy, so women and children especially enjoyed them. The seafood pancake also liked the crispy texture and not too salty seasoning. We ordered half seasoned chicken and half seasoned chicken with soy sauce, both of them were moderately sweet and salty, so children could eat them was also good, and the adults were so good to have a drink together.
Best Korean fried chicken in the West Island, i ordered the 12 pieces normal fried chicken31$ and one word: DELICIOUS!!! Juicy interior and crispy exterior for the perfect fried chicken bite...and the staff so warm and welcoming!! Highly recommend. FYI: this is KOREAN fried chicken so the taste is completely different from normal fried chicken, still delicious tho!
The food was fantastic, we'll definitely be back soon and often! And everyone was super kind and accommodating. The place was quite busy and they did well to keep up with orders. Both meals we had were incredible, I'd highly recommend coming here!
Everything there is delicious with the exception of the dumplings they serve with the dish. I feels those are frozen dumplings that are fried and is off. Their fried chicken is absolutely the best I’ve had with the sweet and hot sauce. I love this. Their garlic soya pork is also so good and my wife and daughter really love the tteokbokki with cheese. We go here very often. The staff is friendly and they serve you relatively quick. I would recommend Corilla for anyone who wants Korean fried chicken and of course the other dishes too.
The fried chicken is crispy outside and juicy inside, one of the best I've ever tried; the seafood pancake is also my favorite. One of my favorite Korean restaurants in Montreal
Great service, quick and friendly. Very crispy, well battered and meaty fried chicken. Delicious bibimbap with a fried egg, it doesn't come in a hot plate but still very good. The battered shrimp is always great and the black bean steam bum is a really treat I order it as desert.
Best Korean food I've had so far better than the Korean resto I went to in Toronto. Loved the seafood pancake. My brother who was visiting from Toronto said its the best Korean fried chicken he's had so far, and he's gone to a lot of Korean restaurants in TO.Food: 5/5
Corilla is my go to place for their fried chicken and grilled pork bibimbap! You can never go wrong. Try their combo plates. It includes miso soup and salad. Partner it with Milkis. What a great lunch!
