Not a good place, cause they don't provide an interpetur when requesting one! So avoid if you have family members who don't speak english

This facility is a total dissapontment!!! I had two patients referred to this clinic by a very respectable M.D. to come and realise that this place is a waste of time. They make you wait an extensive amount of time even though an appointment was scheduled weeks in advanced. They do not provide behaviour health nor pain management prescription/treatment for the patient even though you provide medical records as well as x-rays. "JEFFREY PELLENBERG M.D." did not provide thorough examination, requested unnecessary lab work/prescriptions.This facility ckearly does NOT focus on the level of care of their patients. The M.D. refused to provide an interpreter during the check up when clearly there was staff on the premises that could have helped. Go somewhere else for the sake of family/friends/Patients.

Dr. Bruce and his team are always a pleasure I go there for my routine check-ups only thing that's a bother to me is the wait time but working in the Healthcare System previously helps me to understand how things work

I called to make a appointment at 8am. Was told I wasnt in their system so I would have todo a walk in. Okay no biggie. I was told by yale hospital to go there to have a follow up so I can return to work after a small work injury. At 10am I walked in asked the guard where do I go for a walk in who didn't answer my question till he was done sending a text. I took a number (I was 30 the screen was on number 5.) I took a seat in the waiting room when is was my turn at 11:50am I told her I needed to be seen to get a note showed her all my paper work. She asked me why I didn't make a appointment I told her they said I wasn't in the system and of course she found me and said I could have just made a appointment to be seen. That made me a little upset but it was a small mistake no biggie. I asked if they can just give me the bill and my employer would pay it so I didn't have to pay out of pocket she said yes and told me to be back at the office for 1pm it was now 12pm and I would be seen by 2pm. I went to my car and called my job and waited to walk back in. I was under the impression that everything was clear sailing from that point on. At 12:50pm I went to the next hall way to see the next person. The women there then told me that in order to get seen for my note it would cost me $194. I told her that the walk In nurse said they would just give me a bill for my employer. She told me that's not how it works. She said she would call the walk In nurse to ask what was said I called my boss so she can hear what was going on, as my boss was on hold with her C.C on hand to pay for the visit the lady at the desk was talking to the walk In nurse, I could hear the nurse explaining she gave me the wrong info. But instead of saying, I'm sorry she gave you the wrong info she said that " youn must have heard what she said wrong". My husband who was in the room with me then spoke up and said no we heard her what she said loud and clear she must have given the wrong info. The lady behind the desk responded with well pay the $194 Or you don't get to return to work. My boss over heard it and told me to leave and find a doctor's office or walk in that knows how to treat people. I'm writing this review from the waiting room of fair haven clinic who was more then happy to see me and give me a bill to take to my employer. It will only cost $100 to be seen here. They also said they get stories like mine daily. The Waiting room here is also a lot cleaner and the staff wasn't full of attitudes. I will never go back to the Hill health center not even if I was bleeding to death at the front door with injuries from being in that part of town.
