Corlane Sport Goods LTD made my first rifle purchase experience 5 stars! I live in Calgary Alberta and its tough when you make purchases online. Without being able to see it in person. I purchases a Christensen Arms rifle. The rifle came quickly and was well packaged.nnNow prior to getting my rifle I was notified that the original box was damaged and the rifle would be sent in a different box. Kind of bummer cause I like to keep original boxes with all my big purchases. So once I opened the box I did a through inspection of the rifle. There was a few markings on the carbon fibre on the forend and some of the cuts were not finished as well as I expected. Also there was a tiny marking on the pic rail. I showed my buddy the pictures and he assured me that those markings are not a big deal and I was just being picky.nnAnyways I emailed Corlane and sent pictures of all the marks and blemishes on the riffle. I explained my concerns. It did bug me after spending quite a bit of money on a brand new rifle. Initially they requested I send the rifle to them to take care of everything. But in the end they agreed to send a brand new forend and pic rail to have mounted here locally.nnThe package came quickly and had a brand new forend to address the unfinished cut and markings on the carbon fibre and brand new pic rail, with all brand new hardware.nnSo even if you are not local to Corlane I would not hesitate to order from here again. The way they took care of me makes me a customer for life. I've already made another purchase from them. So even though the rifle purchase was not perfect. They took the steps to make sure that in the end I was fully satisfied. Thanks Keaton for taking care of this issue quickly.
