I began Pilates at Core Bodies when I found I was starting to have trouble getting out of a chair. The classes have made an enormous difference in my strength and coordination. I currently take a semiprivate class there with my 91 year old friend which Janet tailors perfectly to our needs and abilities.

Everything about this studio is, to put it simply, awesome. Amazing teachers, great ambiance and generally great people who take the classes. I've been taking pilates for five years (in many countries and states) and Siobhan & Jenn are really the two best instructors I've worked with!

Siobhan, the owner, is by far the most skillful Pilates and Gyrotonic teacher in the Poughkeepsie area. She is constantly undergoing new trainings to keep things fresh, and her passion for the work is contagious. The studio is sparkling clean and she has great taste. But mostly she kicks my butt! We love you, Siobhan!!!
