CORE FITNESS opening May 2, 2016!
We will offer a full schedule of live classes. These include : Beginner Boot Camp, CIZE LIVE Insanity, Modified Insanity, Total Body Shred, Zumba, Zumba Toning, and Zumba Kids (coming this fall). Aside from the live fitness classes, the gym will be in operation with cardio equipment and weight lifting equipment, along with some cross fit equipment as well. Personal training is also available for a more customized fitness plan by appointment.
