Totally enjoyed our tapas. It really works out well for us because most dinners are just too much for us now. Great service as well.
Great place for Friday night!!! There are lots of delicious food. I tried the Escargots, potato bravas, and mussel. The servers are kind and give good recommendations for drink choices. Love this place and can not wait to visit again
Nice place to stop for a drink and a chat. Tried the chorizo mac n cheese, Spanish potato salad, and salmon mousse. The mac and cheese was definitely a favorite and the salmon mousse was okay. The lychee drink was amazing. Our waiting staff was very friendly and nice!
Cute, quaint little spot in the exchange with fabulous food and drinks. The service was so amazing and personable, our waitress truly made me feel special on my birthday and was genuinely happy we chose to celebrate there. I will be back!
Amazing food, friendly staff and great atmosphere! Tread selection of wine, beer and cocktails. And all the different dishes we tried were outstanding! We'll definitely be back!
We visited late on a Saturday night for a bachelorette with a party of 9 that quickly grew to 15. The two folks who were working were phenomenal - they agreed to keep the kitchen open and scratch-made the most delicious macaroni and cheese, had gluten free options for those in our party who needed it, baked savoury Camembert, and poured a variety of creative and well-presented drinks. They were so pleasant and gave great suggestions for food and beverages. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and it was overall a fantastic experience. As a bonus for our party they also wore masks! That’s rare to see, and many of our party were still wearing ours when not actively eating and drinking.
Can I just say this was the best experience we have had at a late night restaurant in a long time. The two staff were so helpful, so accomodating, for a late night Bachelorette arrival. They made us fresh, from scratch food Delicious too!. Recommended amazing shots and even stayed open for us after closing. They were incredibly clean, safe, and careful with our health. They went above and beyond dealing with a rowdy group. I will support them and sing their praises from the rooftop. I wish I could give you six stars!
What a gem in the Exchange District of Winnipeg. Couldn’t recommend this spot more. Amazing ambiance, stellar service and exceptional cuisine. The manager Elisa who happened to also be our server couldn’t have been more informative and knowledgable about her product…everything from the food to the wine. Six stars. Can’t wait to go back. And they’re open late! Muy Rico Comida!
There are so many fantastic small plates and cocktail restaurants in Winnipeg it is hard to make a big impact. Cordova has a very cool atmosphere and excellent service, but if you are going for phenomenal food this wouldn't be my first choice, it's good, but just doesn't quite hit the mark.Food: 3/5
Great ambiance. Food was very rich and flavorful. Duck was cooked perfectly. Every dish was unique. The olives are a must. Wine we chose were perfect - soplo being lighter but with a great nose and Valdehermoso Joven being a darker, more full wine. I would go again. Owner is from France and one of the servers spoke French.
