I was not happy with the service. My almost new expensive dancing shoes had cracked heels after the tips of heels were changed and one emploee was not polite with me when I called to complain. I was frustrated and wrote a bad review. Nevertheless, after that I met the owner, who cared a lot about what happened. She found a solution, so I am updating the review giving 4 stars to Dakissa now. I realised that they really want to make their customers happy.
this place is a gem! Great service, great quality...and always great music!! Also worth noting: they are very compliant to the Health & Safety protocols, they will only start work on your items after they were quarantined for 3 days. Yes, it takes 3 more days, but it makes me feel safe. Rien ne se Jete, tout se répare ;
My favorite shoe maker in Montreal for several years now. Even after moving out from the area, I always make sure to give them my shoes when needed and I won't change. A little pricy but the service and reparations are the best. Make sure you visit them, even with the actual road construction on St Hubert Street!
I strongly recommend these great professionals. I took an old Prada purse, I thought no one could ever never fix and THEY DID! professional, very sweet and the price is right. Merci beaucoup!
Great service! Quality repair! Not cheap but worth giving a second life to your favorite shoes.
Did a great job fixing the heels of my winter boots! Highly recommended
Very good quality work. A bit pricy but you’re getting what you paid for.
Nice staff, a little pricy, but how convenient to have that nearby. They knew what they were talking about though, and the quality was there.
